What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

Our MOQ is 100 units per style per color for all leather goods. Covers your full size run — distribute across sizes as you choose.
Orders of 300+ units receive lower unit pricing and sample fee credit toward production.
What is your quality inspection standard?

We use AQL 1.0 Standard — 0.8% defect rate (vs 3.2% industry average). Our 8-stage in-line inspection: incoming materials, 5 production checkpoints, pre-shipment vs. approved sample. Full photo report before balance payment.
AQL 1.0 is significantly stricter than the industry standard of AQL 2.5–4.0.
How long does sampling take?

Yes. We partner with LWG certified tanneries for full-grain and Italian leather. All hardware is REACH compliant for EU export. GRS-certified recycled leather available for sustainability requirements.

Can I add my own logo to the products?

Yes — debossing, embossing, foil stamping, laser engraving, and custom printed lining. One-time logo die fee $60–$100, retained and reused for all future orders at no extra charge.

What are the payment terms?

50% deposit to start, 50% balance before shipment. T/T bank transfer and PayPal accepted. All pricing in USD.
Balance requested only after you approve the pre-shipment inspection photo report.
