Do I need a finished design to request a quote?
No. We work from rough sketches or reference images. Just tell us the product type and quantity — we’ll guide you through the rest.
What is the minimum order quantity?
100 units per style per color for wallets, bags, belts, and most small leather accessories. Size runs are covered within that quantity.
Do you sign NDAs?
Yes. We sign NDAs before discussing any proprietary designs. Mention it in your inquiry and we’ll include it with our first response.
How much does a sample cost?
Wallets USD 80–300, bags USD 150–500, belts USD 60–180. Sample fees are credited toward your first production order.
What quality standard do you use?
AQL 1.0 — defect tolerance 0.8%. Our 7-stage in-line inspection covers materials, 5 production checkpoints, and pre-shipment vs. approved sample. Full photo report before balance payment.
What are the payment terms?
50% deposit to start, 50% balance before shipment. T/T and PayPal accepted. Balance requested only after you approve the pre-shipment inspection report.
